Consulted me on buying or selling a home in Sandy Ridge, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949.

Kim was very professional and has a good understanding of the current market. I’m in the earl stages of shopping for a rental home to purchase in OBX and she had very good advice about location etc.

Showed home in 2017 in Seatack, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.

Kim helped us look for another investment property in Virginia Beach. She took the time and effort of searching and showing us numerous houses. Even though we ended up not purchasing anything (decided to hold off for now) Kim was so gracious and there was never any pressure. She wanted to make sure that we made the right decision. I definitely highly recommend Kim and when we decide to look again for another investment property or sell the ones we have and our home in Sandbridge - which we will in the near future - we will most definitely call Kim!
